Mission Statement
4D Experience Experiments are based on a single question:
“If you were going on an interplanetary road trip, what music would you take for the ride?”
- Does sound travel in space?
- What formats of recorded music survive deep time?
- Can we create music in space?
- How much music is required for a journey to Alpha Centauri (4.22 light-years)?
- Can music feel timeless?
- Can music evolve?
ExperiMental Music
This music is written and recorded extemporaneously. Improvisation, spontaneity, freestyle, and impromptu creation are closest to pure chaos.
Songs evolve from sensitive initial conditions — like a butterfly flapping its wings in China causing a hurricane in the Atlantic.
Music as a Universal Language: Certain melodies, harmonies, and rhythms evoke emotions that transcend culture, language, and time.
Four-Dimensional Music
4D Music treats time as an active dimension. Rooted in Einstein’s theory of relativity, space and time merge into a four-dimensional continuum.
Songs are inspired by: relativity, quantum mechanics, string theory, chaos theory, climatology, economics, astronomy, geology, biology, and more.
